Founding Protocol Engineer (Solana/Rust)

attnCredit helps onchain businesses turn routed revenue into working capital. Think YouLend-style revenue financing rebuilt for onchain businesses.

It is non-custodial, revenue-based credit with programmable repayment rails and onchain-verifiable controls. The invariant is simple: repayment controls stay enforceable under stress.

Role Mission

• Design, ship, and harden capital-bearing Solana programs.
• Own protocol quality end-to-end: architecture, security, and production reliability.
• Work in person with the founder in NYC, five days per week.

What you'll build in 6 months

• Facility lifecycle state machine (activate, draw, repay/sweep, close) with deterministic throttle/freeze/default modes.
• Repayment rail hardening: timelocks, allowlists, authority-drift detection, and rapid freeze workflows.
• Permissionless pool primitives: share accounting, interest accrual, and stress-safe withdrawals.
• Curator-facing interfaces for custom pricing/risk while settling on attnCredit.

Must-Have Requirements

• You have shipped and maintained production Solana programs.
• You owned core protocol logic and security-critical decisions directly.
• You can reason fluently about PDAs, CPI boundaries, signer/authority edges, SPL token authority/delegate mechanics, and upgrade risk.
• You can build or maintain DeFi pool accounting correctly (shares, accrual, redemptions).
• You operate with high intensity, high ownership, and high accountability.

Preferred Signals

• Production lending/pool mechanics experience (share accounting, accrual, withdrawals).
• Hands-on multisig or programmable wallet control-plane integrations (Squads, Swig, or equivalent).
• Curated vault/allocator architecture experience (Morpho-style curator models).
• Open-source Rust contributions and/or top protocol engineering team experience.
